Frank's Cicada Cookbook

It was the of Summer 2020. A biological phenomenon was underway. Billions of Cicadas were emerging from the ground after a 17 year slumber. Culture was part curious, part shocked. But when we found out Cicadas were actually edible, we made sure Frank's Red Hot was prepared.


 

Yup, we worked with the flavor geniuses at Frank's Red Hot to create a real Cicada cookbook. Was the public appreciative? Maybe. But they were definitely interested.

Paper Magazine even thought it could break the Internet.
